Do you need a host for your virtual event?

You probably haven’t had a host to handle your in-person events, as general sessions and keynotes are set up differently from your breakout sessions. There may be a VOG, host-type role for each general session separately.

Virtual events are different. Having a host can anchor your event and provide continuity and flexibility. They bring more engagement to the experience for your attendees as they can serve to introduce sessions, sponsors and speakers. They can moderate and pose questions, they can provide helpful tips and tricks to guide attendees through the event and they can keep things light and become a game show host to your trivia nights.

Consider a host if your conference is large, has multiple concurrent tracks, has a game night or two, and if you want to create a continuity to your virtual event. We have worked with a number of great hosts.
